 Hours of operation are 7:00am - 7:00pm any variation in hours add 5.00 a day.
Additional rates may apply for administering medications.
Additional service fee for holidays: $10.00  
$.50 per mile over 6 miles from place of origin, each way.
Fees based on 30 to 40 min visit.
Cancellation of services must be made 48 hrs in advance or additional fees may apply.
